Realia is an app for discovering and listing homes. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. We've written it in plain language and kept it specific to what the app actually does.
The Realia iOS app and the getrealia.com website are operated by ROA Industries Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). Contact: support@getrealia.com.

When you attach media to a listing, iOS shows you a picker and only the specific items you choose are shared with Realia. The app does not browse your photo library.
Don't post an address you don't have the right to publish.
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Hosting, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging for notifications, App Check to confirm requests come from the real app, and Crashlytics for crash reports) to run the service. Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers in the United States. Google processes it on our behalf under their terms; see the Firebase privacy documentation.
Addresses you type are converted to map coordinates by Apple's map service. Sample photos and videos in the app load from third-party image hosts, which, like any website, can see your device's IP address.
On our website, getrealia.com, the founding-agent sign-up form collects your name, email, phone number, ZIP code(s), and brokerage. We store it in Google Firebase and email it to our team using Resend, an email delivery service.
We may disclose information if legally required, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or threats to safety.
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. Deleting permanently removes your profile, your listings and their photos and videos, your saved homes, likes, collections, saved searches, follows (yours and anyone following you) and block list. Your comments and messages stay visible to the people who saw them, with your name replaced by "Deleted user." We can't remove someone else's copy of a conversation they took part in.
Feedback you sent and reports you filed are kept for moderation. Email support@getrealia.com and we'll remove them.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy, to request deletion, and to correct inaccurate information. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. Email support@getrealia.com to make a request, or use in-app account deletion, which takes effect immediately (feedback and reports are kept for moderation unless you ask us to remove them).
Realia is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to your data is restricted by server-side security rules - for example, only the two participants in a conversation can read it, and only the owner of a listing (or a Realia administrator) can modify or delete it. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
