These terms are the agreement between you and ROA Industries Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("ROA Industries", "we", "us"), which operates the Realia app ("Realia"). By creating an account or using Realia, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly at support@getrealia.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Realia is a platform where people post and browse property listings and message each other about them. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lender, or property manager, and Realia is not a multiple listing service (MLS). We don't represent you, we don't verify listings, and we're not party to any transaction. Nothing in the app is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Listings are posted by users. We don't guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, available, or genuine. Verify independently before you act — especially before sending anyone money.
Some listings are labeled Sample - illustrative sample content that shows how Realia works. Sample listings, agents, and brokerages are fictional and are not real properties, offers, or licensees.
Realia complies with the federal Fair Housing Act and California fair housing law. You may not post listings, write descriptions, or send messages that express a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, familial status, national origin, disability, source of income, or any other protected characteristic.
This applies to wording that signals a preference indirectly as well as directly. We remove violating content and may terminate accounts that post it.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant ROA Industries Corporation a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within Realia to operate and promote the service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared with other users or retained in backups for a reasonable period.

Messages exist so buyers and renters can inquire about specific properties. Cold outreach and solicitation are not permitted.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
If you see content or behavior that breaks these rules, report it to support@getrealia.com. We review reports and aim to act on serious ones — fraud, harassment, or fair housing violations — within 24 hours.
We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, with or without notice. We have no obligation to monitor content, but we may.
We respect copyright and expect the same of our users — listing photos are usually owned by the photographer or brokerage, so post only media you have rights to (see section 4).
If you believe content on Realia infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent at support@getrealia.com including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) where the allegedly infringing material appears (listing title and/or a screenshot or link); (3) your name, address, email, and phone number; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
We will remove or disable access to material we reasonably believe to be infringing and may notify the user who posted it. That user may submit a counter-notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3); if we receive one, we may restore the material unless the complaining party informs us it has filed a court action within 10–14 business days.
Repeat infringers: we terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
You can delete your account any time in Settings → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Realia is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing or user is legitimate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROA Industries Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service — including any dealing with another user, any property transaction, or any reliance on a listing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold ROA Industries Corporation harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Realia after a change means you accept it.
Please read this section carefully - it affects your legal rights.
You and ROA Industries Corporation agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these terms or your use of Realia through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, or remotely if both parties agree. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees except where the applicable rules or law provide otherwise.
Exceptions: either party may (a) bring a qualifying individual claim in small-claims court, and (b) seek public injunctive relief where that right cannot be waived under California law.
Class-action waiver: disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. Neither you nor we may bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular dispute, the arbitration agreement does not apply to that dispute.
30-day opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@getrealia.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these terms, stating your name and account email. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
