Realia is the real estate app for the social media age - a scrollable, image-first feed of Los Angeles homes for sale and for rent. This page is for questions, problems, and reports.

We read every message and aim to reply within one business day. Reports of abusive or misleading content are reviewed within 24 hours.
Common questions
- What does "Sample" mean on a listing? While Realia grows in each neighborhood, some listings, agents, and brokerages are clearly labeled Sample - they're examples that show how Realia works. Real listings posted by members never carry that label.
- How do I post a home? Tap the + tab, add at least one photo (a walkthrough video first is best), fill in the address, price, beds, baths, and hashtags, preview, and upload. Anyone with an account can post — agents, owners, and property managers.
- How do I message an agent? Open a listing and tap Contact agent (or the agent's card). Every conversation on Realia starts from a listing — that's how we keep it free of spam.
- What is "What I'm looking for"? An optional profile of what you want (buy/rent, budget, beds/baths, neighborhoods, must-haves). If it's on, the person you message sees a one-line summary so they can help faster. Turn it on or off any time in Settings.
- How do I report or block someone? Use the ⋯ menu on a listing, the report option on a comment, or block from a listing. Blocked people can't message you and their posts disappear from your feed.
- How do I delete my account? Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, listings, photos and video, and saves.
- Notifications aren't arriving. Make sure Realia is allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications, and check which alerts are switched on in Realia's own Settings.
Report a listing, comment, or message
Use the in-app report button first — it goes straight to our review queue. You can also email support@getrealia.com with a screenshot and the listing title. We remove content that breaks our rules, including discriminatory (fair-housing) language, stolen photos, and scams.
